Creation of Ice Cream

The process of making ice cream using liquefied air was invented in 1901by an English culinary entrepreneur, cookery writer and namely “Queen of Ice” Agnes B. Marshall. Later in 200 BC, frozen mixture of milk and rice was used in China and this was a beginning of invention of Ice Cream. At various stages the process of making the Ice Cream went through different evolutions to reach the stage of Ice Cream we all eat today.

Liquid nitrogen has proven to be an effective method for preparation of fresh ice cream, as the liquid nitrogen disperses back into the atmosphere, freezing the natural cream base at a temperature of -192°C in the mixing bowl.
