•No Bargaining

•Training dates will be finalised by the Franchisor once the center is ready to function.

•We will do inspection/audit of the center time to time.

•School bags and books should be purchased from the Franchisor only.

•Franchisee renewal amount after 3 years:

•Grade A -  Rs50000 for 2more years

•Grade B  - Rs30000 for 2 more years

•Grade C  - Rs20000 for 2 more years

•Creative designs will be provided by the Franchisor.

•No Royalty ( Royalty Life Time Free )

•Enrolment report will be submitted end of every month.

•Teachers and center heads will be trained by the Franchisor in the 1st year.

-From the 2nd year a fee will be charged for training teachers/ co ordinators
