Scope Of Work -

SEIL works as a primary consultant for setting up preschool under the brand name of "Shanti's Hopskotch" and provides complete guidance and assistance for establishing and managing the preschool. 
This includes all facets of running a preschool including positioning, branding/marketing, staff recruitment, teachers training, launch, admissions and day- to-day operations

(A)-Supply SEAT (Shanti Educational Aids and Toys) material and other preschool set up material.

(B)-Provide the curriculum content and teaching aids with the execution process checklist.

(C)-Conduct teacher's training program twice a year.

(D)-Share the art work and creative for branding of the preschool.

(E)-Assist in manpower mapping and selection of key personnel for school i.e.; center head, counselor and administrator.

(F)-Share SOP's, MIS sheets and policies of different departments for smooth functioning of the preschool.
