The Company was incorporated in the year 2010 and has its registered office in Bangalore. It is a company managed by professionals; Kedaara Capital, Peak XV (formerly Sequoia Capital India) and Navneet Learning LLP are its primary investors.
Jai Decosta serves as the Managing Director of K12 Techno Services Pvt. Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and has also completed his MBA at the IIM, Bangalore. Jai, joined the Company in the year 2010 and has been instrumental in building the company ground up to its current levels. He plays a key role in the P&L Management , investor relations and future growth areas of the Company. He has taken and continues to take several steps to make the Company a pioneer in the field of education and school Management . Jai, has over 17 years of experience and has been the entrepreneur for several companies associated with pre- paid internet cards, sales and outsourcing business etc. Jai has also worked associated with several large organisations such as the Times Group, Tata Group, ITC, Next Education etc.
